Description

A quick and easy recipe for egg muffins made in an air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup chopped spinach
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 300°F (150°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk the eggs.
  3. Add the bell peppers, spinach, onions, cheese, salt, and pepper to the eggs.
  4. Mix well until combined.
  5. Pour the mixture into silicone muffin cups.
  6. Place the cups in the air fryer basket.
  7. Cook for 12-15 minutes until the muffins are set.
  8. Let them cool for a few minutes before removing.
