Description

Delicious airfryer apple hand pies filled with sweet apple filling.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups diced apples
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 package pie crusts
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix diced apples, sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice.
  3. Roll out the pie crusts and cut into circles.
  4. Place a spoonful of the apple mixture on one half of each circle.
  5. Fold the other half over and seal the edges with a fork.
  6. Brush the tops with egg wash.
  7. Place in the air fryer and cook for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
