Description

Easy air fryer bagels made from scratch.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • Optional toppings: sesame seeds, poppy seeds, everything bagel seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add Greek yogurt and stir until a dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough on a floured surface for 1-2 minutes.
  5. Divide the dough into 4 equal pieces.
  6. Shape each piece into a bagel by forming a ring.
  7. Brush with beaten egg and add optional toppings.
  8. Place bagels in the air fryer basket and cook for 10-12 minutes.
  9. Let cool before serving.
