- 4 medium russet potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and scrub the potatoes under running water.
- Poke holes in each potato with a fork.
- Rub the potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 35-40 minutes, turning halfway through.
- Check doneness by piercing with a fork. It should be soft.
- Remove from air fryer and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- You can top with butter, sour cream, or cheese.
- Adjust cooking time based on potato size.
- For crispy skin, cook a bit longer.
