Ingredients

- 4 medium potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Wash and scrub the potatoes thoroughly.
- Pat the potatoes dry with a towel.
- Poke several holes in each potato with a fork.
- Rub the potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket.
- Set the air fryer to 400°F and cook for 35-40 minutes.
- Check for tenderness with a fork.
- Remove and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
