A quick and easy recipe for moist banana bread made in an air fryer.

- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- Pinch of salt
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, mix mashed bananas with melted butter.
- Add vanilla extract, baking soda, and salt. Mix well.
- Stir in sugar and beaten egg until combined.
- Fold in all-purpose flour until just incorporated.
- Pour batter into a greased baking pan that fits your air fryer.
- Cook in the air fryer for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before slicing and serving.

- Use overripe bananas for better flavor.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- Can add nuts or chocolate chips for extra flavor.
