Ingredients

- 2 pounds beef (flank steak or sirloin)
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon liquid smoke
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Slice the beef into thin strips.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, liquid smoke, honey, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Marinate the beef strips in the mixture for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
- Preheat your air fryer to 160°F (70°C).
- Arrange the marinated beef strips in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 4-6 hours, checking for desired dryness.
- Remove the jerky and let it cool before storing.

- Store jerky in an airtight container.
- It can last for several weeks if stored properly.
