Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon honey

  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Slice the beef into thin strips.
  2. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, liquid smoke, honey, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  3. Marinate the beef strips in the mixture for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
  4. Preheat your air fryer to 160°F (70°C).
  5. Arrange the marinated beef strips in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  6. Cook for 4-6 hours, checking for desired dryness.
  7. Remove the jerky and let it cool before storing.
