- 2 large bell peppers
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F.
- Cut the bell peppers in half and remove the seeds.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the mixture on the bell pepper halves.
- Place the bell peppers in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes until tender.
- Remove and serve hot.
