Ingredients

- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine buttermilk, oil, and egg.
- Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Fold in blueberries gently.
- Preheat air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- Line muffin cups with liners and fill each with batter.
- Air fry for 12-15 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before serving.
