Ingredients

Instructions

  2. In another bowl, combine buttermilk, oil, and egg.
  3. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  4. Fold in blueberries gently.
  5. Preheat air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
  6. Line muffin cups with liners and fill each with batter.
  7. Air fry for 12-15 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let cool before serving.
