Ingredients

- 4 cups of bread cubes
- 2 cups of milk
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1/2 cup of raisins
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 320°F.
- In a large bowl, combine bread cubes and raisins.
- In another bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon.
- Pour the mixture over the bread cubes and stir to combine.
- Transfer the mixture to an air fryer-safe dish.
- Cook in the air fryer for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use day-old bread for better texture.
- Feel free to add nuts or chocolate chips.
- Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
