Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season the pork chops with salt and pepper.
  3. Set up a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs.
  4. Coat each pork chop in flour, then dip in eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
  5. Place the breaded pork chops in the air fryer basket.
  6. Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  7. Check for doneness; internal temperature should reach 145°F (63°C).
