Ingredients

- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 cups cauliflower florets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine broccoli and cauliflower.
- Add olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat.
- Place the mixture in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Check for desired tenderness and serve hot.
Notes
- Adjust cooking time for larger or smaller florets.
- For extra flavor, add parmesan cheese after cooking.
