Crispy airfryer buffalo cauliflower bites.
Ingredients

- 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt, to taste
- 1/2 cup blue cheese, for serving (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine cauliflower florets, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.
- Toss to coat the cauliflower evenly.
- Add buffalo sauce and mix well.
- Place cauliflower in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking halfway through, until crispy.
- Serve with blue cheese if desired.
Notes
- Adjust the cooking time based on your air fryer model.
- Use more or less buffalo sauce depending on your spice preference.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
