Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt, to taste
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese, for serving (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine cauliflower florets, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.
  3. Toss to coat the cauliflower evenly.
  4. Add buffalo sauce and mix well.
  5. Place cauliflower in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking halfway through, until crispy.
  7. Serve with blue cheese if desired.
