- 1 medium head of cabbage
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Remove the outer leaves from the cabbage and slice it into 1-inch thick steaks.
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the mixture on both sides of the cabbage steaks.
- Place the cabbage steaks in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden.
- Serve warm as a side dish or main course.
