- 1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Remove the leaves and stem from the cauliflower.
- Slice the cauliflower into 1-inch thick steaks.
- Brush both sides of the steaks with olive oil.
- Sprinkle garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper on both sides.
- Place the steaks in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Check for desired tenderness and adjust cooking time if needed.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
