Description

Ingredients

  • 8 oz mozzarella cheese sticks
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut each mozzarella stick in half.
  3. Set up a breading station with three bowls: one for flour, one for beaten eggs, and one for breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Dip each cheese stick in flour, then in egg, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
  5. Place the breaded cheese sticks in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Cook for 6-8 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown.
  7. Remove and let cool slightly before serving.
