- 8 oz mozzarella cheese sticks
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut each mozzarella stick in half.
- Set up a breading station with three bowls: one for flour, one for beaten eggs, and one for breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each cheese stick in flour, then in egg, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
- Place the breaded cheese sticks in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 6-8 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown.
- Remove and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- For extra crunch, double bread the cheese sticks.
- Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
- Adjust seasoning to your preference.
