Description

Crispy egg rolls filled with cheeseburger ingredients, cooked in an air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1/2 cup diced pickles
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 10 egg roll wrappers
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef with onions.
  3. Drain excess fat and remove from heat.
  4. Add cheese, pickles, ketchup, and mustard to the beef mixture.
  5. Place a spoonful of the mixture on each egg roll wrapper.
  6. Roll the wrappers tightly, sealing the edges with water.
  7. Spray the egg rolls with cooking spray.
  8. Arrange egg rolls in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  9. Cook for 10-12 minutes until golden brown, flipping halfway through.
