- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/2 cup diced pickles
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 10 egg roll wrappers
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef with onions.
- Drain excess fat and remove from heat.
- Add cheese, pickles, ketchup, and mustard to the beef mixture.
- Place a spoonful of the mixture on each egg roll wrapper.
- Roll the wrappers tightly, sealing the edges with water.
- Spray the egg rolls with cooking spray.
- Arrange egg rolls in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes until golden brown, flipping halfway through.
