Description

A creamy and delicious cheesecake made effortlessly in an air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cream cheese
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, blending well.
  4. Add vanilla extract and mix.
  5. In another bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter.
  6. Press the crumb mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  7. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust.
  8. Place the pan in the air fryer and cook for 25 minutes.
  9. Let it cool before serving.

Notes

  • Use room temperature cream cheese for better mixing.
  • Allow the cheesecake to set in the refrigerator for a few hours.
  • Top with fruit or chocolate if desired.
