- 1 cup whole wheat breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 egg, beaten
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dip chicken pieces in the beaten egg, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Arrange coated chicken nuggets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown.
- Remove and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
