Description
Crispy and delicious churros made in an air fryer.
Ingredients

- 1 cup water
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup sugar (for coating)
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon (for coating)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a saucepan, combine water, 2 tablespoons sugar, salt, and vegetable oil. Bring to a boil.
- Remove from heat and stir in flour until a dough forms.
- Add vanilla extract and mix until smooth.
- Scoop the dough into a piping bag with a star tip.
- Pipe churros into the air fryer basket in desired lengths.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
- Mix 1/2 cup sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.
- Coat hot churros in the sugar-cinnamon mixture.
- Serve warm.

- Adjust cooking time based on the size of churros.
- Serve with chocolate sauce for dipping.
