Description

Crispy and delicious churros made in an air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup sugar (for coating)
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon (for coating)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a saucepan, combine water, 2 tablespoons sugar, salt, and vegetable oil. Bring to a boil.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in flour until a dough forms.
  4. Add vanilla extract and mix until smooth.
  5. Scoop the dough into a piping bag with a star tip.
  6. Pipe churros into the air fryer basket in desired lengths.
  7. Air fry for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Mix 1/2 cup sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.
  9. Coat hot churros in the sugar-cinnamon mixture.
  10. Serve warm.
