Ingredients

- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, oats, baking soda, and salt.
- Add honey and melted coconut oil; stir until combined.
- Fold in dark chocolate chips.
- Form small balls and place them in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Store cookies in an airtight container.
- Adjust sweetness by using more or less honey.
- Try adding nuts for extra crunch.
