Ingredients

- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup spinach, chopped
- 1/2 cup bell pepper, diced
- 1/4 cup onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup cheese, shredded
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
- Add spinach, bell pepper, onion, cheese, salt, and pepper to the egg mixture.
- Pour the mixture into a greased air fryer-safe dish.
- Cook in the air fryer for 10-15 minutes or until the eggs are set.
- Let it cool slightly before slicing and serving.
