Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 300°F (150°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.
  3. Add bell peppers, onions, cheese, salt, and pepper to the egg mixture.
  4. Grease muffin cups or silicone molds.
  5. Pour the egg mixture into the molds.
  6. Place the molds in the air fryer basket.
  7. Cook for 12-15 minutes or until the eggs are set.
  8. Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly.
  9. Carefully pop out the muffins and serve.
