Easy and healthy airfryer egg muffins.
Ingredients

- 6 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 300°F (150°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.
- Add bell peppers, onions, cheese, salt, and pepper to the egg mixture.
- Grease muffin cups or silicone molds.
- Pour the egg mixture into the molds.
- Place the molds in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes or until the eggs are set.
- Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly.
- Carefully pop out the muffins and serve.
Notes
- Customize with your favorite vegetables.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
- You can reheat them in the air fryer for a few minutes.
