Ingredients

- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Zest of 1 orange
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Add oil, orange juice, vanilla extract, and orange zest. Mix until smooth.
- Pour the batter into a greased cake pan that fits in your air fryer.
- Place the pan in the air fryer and cook for 25-30 minutes.
- Check for doneness with a toothpick. If it comes out clean, the cake is ready.
- Let the cake cool before serving.

- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
