Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup cooked meat or vegetables (your choice)
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour and salt.
- Add butter and water; knead until smooth.
- Roll dough and cut into circles.
- Place filling in the center of each circle.
- Fold and seal the edges with a fork.
- Brush with beaten egg.
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Arrange empanadas in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
