- 2 chicken breasts, cut into strips
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, broccoli)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix chicken strips with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add mixed vegetables and toss to coat.
- Place chicken and vegetables in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Check that chicken is cooked through and serve hot.
