A crispy and delicious airfryer version of the classic fish and chips.
Ingredients

- 2 large potatoes, cut into fries
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 pound fish fillets (cod or haddock)
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg, beaten
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 lemon, cut into wedges
Instructions
- Preheat your airfryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss the potato fries with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Place the fries in the airfryer basket and cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking halfway.
- While fries are cooking, set up a breading station with flour, beaten egg, and breadcrumbs.
- Season the fish fillets with salt and pepper.
- Dredge each fillet in flour, dip in egg, and coat with breadcrumbs.
- Place the breaded fish in the airfryer and cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Serve the fish and chips hot with lemon wedges.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, spray fish with cooking spray before airfrying.
- Adjust cooking times based on the thickness of the fish fillets.
- Serve with tartar sauce for dipping.
