Ingredients

  • 2 large potatoes, cut into fries
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 pound fish fillets (cod or haddock)
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg, beaten

Instructions

  1. Preheat your airfryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss the potato fries with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the fries in the airfryer basket and cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking halfway.
  4. While fries are cooking, set up a breading station with flour, beaten egg, and breadcrumbs.
  5. Season the fish fillets with salt and pepper.
  6. Dredge each fillet in flour, dip in egg, and coat with breadcrumbs.
  7. Place the breaded fish in the airfryer and cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway.
  8. Serve the fish and chips hot with lemon wedges.
