Ingredients

- 1 pound chicken breast, diced
- 2 cups mixed vegetables
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine chicken, vegetables, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Mix well and portion into freezer bags.
- Seal and label the bags with the date.
- Freeze for up to 3 months.
- When ready to cook, preheat air fryer to 400°F.
- Cook frozen meal for 15-20 minutes, shaking halfway through.
