Description

Ingredients

  • 4 medium potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Wash and peel the potatoes.
  2. Cut the potatoes into thin strips.
  3. Soak the potato strips in water for 30 minutes.
  4. Drain and pat the potatoes dry.
  5. In a bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  6. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  7. Arrange the potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  8. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  9. Check for crispiness and cook longer if needed.
  10. Serve hot.
