- 1 cup cornmeal
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix cornmeal, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Dip each tomato slice in buttermilk, then coat with the cornmeal mixture.
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
- Arrange the coated tomato slices in a single layer in the basket.
- Spray the tops of the tomatoes with cooking spray.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Remove when golden brown and crispy.
