Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Wash and peel the potatoes.
  2. Cut the potatoes into thin strips.
  3. Soak the potato strips in water for 30 minutes.
  4. Drain and dry the potatoes thoroughly.
  5. Toss the potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  6. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
  7. Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  8. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  9. Check for desired crispiness and cook longer if needed.
