Description

A quick and easy airfryer frittata packed with vegetables and cheese.


Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 cup bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 cup onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup cheese, shredded
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, beat the eggs and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Add spinach, bell pepper, onion, and cheese to the egg mixture.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased air fryer safe dish.
  5. Cook in the air fryer for 15-20 minutes or until set.
  6. Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
