Crispy and golden air fryer hashbrowns made with grated potatoes.
Ingredients

- 2 large potatoes, grated
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Peel and grate the potatoes.
- Rinse the grated potatoes in cold water to remove excess starch.
- Drain and pat dry the potatoes with a towel.
- In a bowl, mix grated potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Spread the potato mixture evenly in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Serve hot and enjoy.

- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- For extra crispiness, cook in batches.
- Serve with ketchup or your favorite sauce.
