Description

Ingredients

  • 2 large potatoes, grated
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Peel and grate the potatoes.
  2. Rinse the grated potatoes in cold water to remove excess starch.
  3. Drain and pat dry the potatoes with a towel.
  4. In a bowl, mix grated potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder.
  5. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  6. Spread the potato mixture evenly in the air fryer basket.
  7. Cook for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown, shaking the basket halfway through.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy.
