Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Wash and peel the potatoes.
  2. Cut the potatoes into thin strips.
  3. Soak the potato strips in water for 30 minutes.
  4. Drain and pat the potatoes dry.
  5. In a bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  6. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  7. Add the potato strips to the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  8. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  9. Check for desired crispiness and cook longer if needed.
  10. Serve hot.
