A collection of delicious Indian snacks made in an air fryer.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup chickpea flour
- 2 medium potatoes, boiled and mashed
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- Salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons chopped coriander leaves
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix chickpea flour, mashed potatoes, cumin seeds, red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt, coriander leaves, and lemon juice.
- Form small balls or patties from the mixture.
- Preheat your air fryer to 180°C (350°F).
- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
- Place the snacks in the basket, making sure they do not touch each other.
- Air fry for 15 minutes or until golden brown, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Serve hot with green chutney or ketchup.
Notes
- Adjust spices according to your taste.
- You can add other vegetables to the mixture.
- Store leftover snacks in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
