Description

A collection of delicious Indian snacks made in an air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup chickpea flour
  • 2 medium potatoes, boiled and mashed
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tablespoons chopped coriander leaves
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix chickpea flour, mashed potatoes, cumin seeds, red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt, coriander leaves, and lemon juice.
  2. Form small balls or patties from the mixture.
  3. Preheat your air fryer to 180°C (350°F).
  4. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
  5. Place the snacks in the basket, making sure they do not touch each other.
  6. Air fry for 15 minutes or until golden brown, shaking the basket halfway through.
  7. Serve hot with green chutney or ketchup.

Notes

  • Adjust spices according to your taste.
  • You can add other vegetables to the mixture.
  • Store leftover snacks in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
