Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (356°F).
  2. In a bowl, mix the vegetables and paneer.
  3. Add olive oil, cumin seeds, turmeric powder, garam masala, and salt. Toss to coat.
  4. Place the mixture in the air fryer basket.
  5. Cook for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  6. Garnish with chopped cilantro before serving.
