Ingredients

- 2 cups mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, bell peppers)
- 1 cup paneer, cubed
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- Salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (356°F).
- In a bowl, mix the vegetables and paneer.
- Add olive oil, cumin seeds, turmeric powder, garam masala, and salt. Toss to coat.
- Place the mixture in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Garnish with chopped cilantro before serving.
Notes
- Adjust cooking time based on the thickness of the vegetables.
- You can use any seasonal vegetables.
- Serve with yogurt or chutney.
