Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken in buttermilk for at least 2 hours.

  3. Remove chicken from buttermilk and coat each piece in the flour mixture.

  6. Spray chicken lightly with cooking spray.
  7. Cook for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through.
