Description
A rich and gooey chocolate lava cake made in an air fryer.
Ingredients

- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 whole egg
- 1 egg yolk
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Melt chocolate chips and butter together.
- Whisk in powdered sugar until smooth.
- Add whole egg, egg yolk, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
- Stir in flour until just combined.
- Grease ramekins with cooking spray.
- Pour batter evenly into ramekins.
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook ramekins in air fryer for 10-12 minutes.
- Let cool for 1 minute, then invert onto plates.
