- 1 pound chicken breast, cubed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon pepper seasoning
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- Salt to taste

Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine chicken, olive oil, lemon pepper seasoning, lemon juice, and salt.
- Toss until the chicken is well coated.
- Thread chicken onto skewers.
- Place skewers in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Remove and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning.
- Adjust lemon pepper seasoning to taste.
- Serve with a side of your choice.
