Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into strips
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup cauliflower florets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix chicken strips with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add broccoli and cauliflower to the bowl and toss to coat.
- Place the chicken and vegetables in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Check that the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
