- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add the chicken breasts to the bowl and coat them with the mixture.
- Place the chicken in the air fryer basket and cook for 12-15 minutes.
- Add broccoli and bell peppers to the basket after 5 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Check the chicken for doneness; it should reach an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
- Remove from the air fryer and let rest for a few minutes before slicing.
Notes
- Adjust cooking time based on chicken thickness.
- Store leftovers in airtight containers in the fridge.
