Instructions
- Wash and dry the mini potatoes.
- Cut the potatoes in half.
- In a bowl, mix potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Check for doneness and cook longer if needed.
- Serve hot.
