Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Season chicken with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Coat chicken pieces in flour, then dip in beaten eggs.
- Roll chicken in breadcrumbs until fully coated.
- Place nuggets in air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Check for doneness; chicken should be cooked through.
Notes
- For extra crunch, use panko breadcrumbs.
- Adjust seasoning to your taste.
- Serve with dipping sauces of your choice.
