Ingredients

- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Mix oats, peanut butter, honey, vanilla extract, and salt in a bowl.
- Stir in chocolate chips.
- Form the mixture into small cookies.
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Place cookies in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cookies cool before serving.
Notes
- Store cookies in an airtight container.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey.
- Try adding nuts or dried fruit for variety.
