Description

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs

  • 50ml milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 160°C.
  2. In a bowl, cream together the butter and sugar.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  5. In another bowl, combine the flour and baking powder.
  6. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, alternating with milk.
  7. Pour the batter into a greased baking pan that fits in your air fryer.
  8. Cook in the air fryer for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Let cool before serving.
