A simple and delicious Danish cake recipe made in an air fryer.
Ingredients

- 200g all-purpose flour
- 150g sugar
- 100g butter, softened
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 50ml milk
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 160°C.
- In a bowl, cream together the butter and sugar.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in the vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, combine the flour and baking powder.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, alternating with milk.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking pan that fits in your air fryer.
- Cook in the air fryer for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before serving.
