Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. In another bowl, beat the eggs.
  4. Dip each chicken breast in the egg, then coat with the parmesan mixture.
  5. Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
  6. Place the coated chicken breasts in the basket in a single layer.
  7. Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through.
