Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. In another bowl, beat the eggs.
  4. Dip each chicken breast in the egg, then coat with the parmesan mixture.
  5. Place the coated chicken in the air fryer basket.
  6. Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until chicken is cooked through and golden brown.
