- 1/2 cup fruit jam
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- Powdered sugar (for dusting)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface.
- Cut the pastry into squares.
- Place a tablespoon of fruit jam in the center of each square.
- Fold the pastry over to form a triangle and seal the edges.
- Brush the tops with egg wash.
- Place the pastries in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
