Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix brown sugar and cinnamon.
  3. Brush pineapple slices with coconut oil.
  4. Sprinkle the sugar mixture over the pineapple slices.
  5. Place the slices in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Cook for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
