Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon water
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 270°F (130°C).
  2. Spray a small ramekin with cooking spray.
  3. Crack one egg into the ramekin.
  4. Add one tablespoon of water on top of the egg.
  5. Cover the ramekin with aluminum foil.
  6. Place the ramekin in the air fryer basket.
  7. Cook for 8-10 minutes for a runny yolk.
  8. Carefully remove the ramekin from the air fryer.
  9. Use a spoon to gently lift the poached egg out.
